So slow at getting the hang of all the blogging stuff, (mostly through lack of time and technical ignorance) but thanks to Pip and her inspiring post about blogging, i've gone and made a mixed tape......except, can't find it. thought i'd sent it here, clicked on this and then that and KApow, it's gone into the ether. This is exactly what bamboozles me. Not knowing where i've gone wrong, where to look, what to try next. It reminds me of sitting next to young types at uni in the computer room, they all relaxed and zooming through autocad, me with pen and paper, autocad for dummies and a bored teacher beside me. And then i'd come home and find my four year old had rearranged my desk top for me.
ok, i'm going to go look for this old cassette tape made of thin air, I'll be right back!

I'm right there with you. My heart's in the right place, then I come home & the 8, 7 & 4 yr old take over, I can hardly find the computer, I look at it & feel like a ludite...Slowly, slowly we get there. Baby steps towards technology. I refuse to be beaten by it! You are doing just fine. Meg
Thanks Meg, it's good to know i have a comrade amongst this technological disneyland
hello. I popped in to see you because I am doing miss staceys summer school. I have a new baby on my boob whilst typing this... and it seems most of the rest of the time too! I'm not very good on computers or with technology either... so it's nice to know I'm not the only one at school with the same challenges! I am looking forward to seeing what art challenge you will set next week...
I love your wrapping paper drawers by the way. Clair x
